A dependable, hands-on approach to keeping your home in good working order. The Practical Home Care Visit provides a dedicated 2-hour service window each month, giving enough time to move beyond the basics and make meaningful progress on your Home Care List. It’s designed for homeowners who want consistent support with both routine upkeep and the ongoing tasks that keep a home running smoothly. Each visit focuses on a combination of essential system checks, seasonal home care, and practical improvements around the home. From replacing filters and testing detectors to adjusting fixtures, tackling minor repairs, and working through accumulated tasks, everything is handled with care and intention. With more time available, this service allows for better continuity — not just maintaining the basics, but steadily improving the overall condition and functionality of your home. Members can also book additional time when needed, making it easy to stay on top of larger tasks or busier periods. A balanced, practical level of support that keeps your home under control without becoming overwhelming.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are booked in advance through the online calendar and are subject to availability. Members are responsible for scheduling their included visits each month. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited, although up to two instances per year may be waived at our discretion. Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 3-month commitment. After this initial period, memberships may be canceled at any time. All work is completed within the scheduled session time and prioritized based on your Home Care List. Additional time may be booked for larger or ongoing tasks. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
