Extra Service Day (Starting at 2hrs)

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are booked in advance through the online calendar and are subject to availability. Members are responsible for scheduling their included visits each month. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited, although up to two instances per year may be waived at our discretion. Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 3-month commitment. After this initial period, memberships may be canceled at any time. All work is completed within the scheduled session time and prioritized based on your Home Care List. Additional time may be booked for larger or ongoing tasks. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
