Service Description
The same trusted home care, with the time to stay fully in control. The Executive Home Care Visit provides a dedicated 3-hour monthly service window, giving the time needed to stay on top of larger homes, more complex households, or simply a busier list of ongoing tasks. While the type of work remains the same, the additional time allows for greater coverage and more consistent progress. Each visit is guided by your Home Care List, covering essential system checks, seasonal care, minor repairs, and practical improvements around the home. With more time available, we’re able to move beyond immediate priorities and work across a wider range of tasks, ensuring nothing important is left building up in the background. This creates a more controlled, proactive approach — particularly suited to larger properties or homes with more to manage — where upkeep stays consistent and the overall condition of the home is maintained without falling behind. Members also have the flexibility to book additional time when needed, making it easy to handle larger tasks or changing priorities. A straightforward way to keep your home under control, with the time to match its needs.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are booked in advance through the online calendar and are subject to availability. Members are responsible for scheduling their included visits each month. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited, although up to two instances per year may be waived at our discretion. Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 3-month commitment. After this initial period, memberships may be canceled at any time. All work is completed within the scheduled session time and prioritized based on your Home Care List. Additional time may be booked for larger or ongoing tasks. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
