A simple, reliable way to stay on top of the essentials. The Essential Home Care Plan provides a focused 1-hour monthly visit to help keep your home safe, functional, and running smoothly. It’s ideal for smaller homes, apartments, or anyone who wants consistent support without overcommitting time or cost. Each visit is guided by your personalized Home Care List, allowing us to work through priority tasks such as basic maintenance, small fixes, safety checks, and general upkeep. Whether it’s replacing filters, addressing minor issues, or tackling those small jobs that tend to build up, everything is handled efficiently and with care. This plan is designed to prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones, giving you peace of mind that the basics are always covered. Members also have the option to book additional time when needed, making it easy to handle larger tasks as they arise. A straightforward, practical approach to keeping your home in good shape — month after month.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are booked in advance through the online calendar and are subject to availability. Members are responsible for scheduling their included visits each month. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited, although up to two instances per year may be waived at our discretion. Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 3-month commitment. After this initial period, memberships may be canceled at any time. All work is completed within the scheduled session time and prioritized based on your Home Care List. Additional time may be booked for larger or ongoing tasks. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
